By engaging Panoptic Ventures Limited ("we", "us", "our") for any property services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not engage our services.
Panoptic Ventures Limited provides the following property services in the Hamilton and Waikato region of New Zealand:
The specific scope of each job is agreed upon between us and the client prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our area of expertise or available capacity.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted where the actual scope of work differs from what was described. Any changes to scope or price will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
Prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger or ongoing projects, a deposit or progress payment schedule may be arranged. Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted job value.
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the property for the duration of the work. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions on arrival.
We carry liability insurance for all work performed. We will remedy any defects in workmanship identified within 14 days of job completion at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported to us promptly. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or damage caused by third parties.
Our liability in any circumstances is limited to the value of the services provided for that specific job.
We comply with all applicable New Zealand health and safety legislation. We reserve the right to cease work immediately if conditions at the property pose a risk to our team. Work will resume once conditions are made safe.
All photographs, videos and content produced by Panoptic Ventures Limited during the course of work remain our intellectual property and may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
